Shipping policy
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Check your confirmation email for your tracking number or follow the steps below to track your order from your account:
TRACK YOUR ORDER:
1. Login to your account.
2. Click Track My Shipment next to the order status.
3. If you don't see Track My Shipment, your order is still processing!
- Opt in to live tracking information via text message from your shipping confirmation email.
- Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.
- Please triple check your address. If your package is sent back due to wrong or insufficient address, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to have it redelivered
